At our program, we empower you to choose the path that works best for you.
The Essence program is designed to help you glow up your career - from workshops, training, and development opportunities, to volunteering - endless possibilities for impact.
We offer internships in Brand & Marketing, Human Resources, Graphic and Visual Merchandise Design, R&D, Production, Digital, Customer Experience, and Product Management.
Our Internship Program is a 6-month position with the possibility of extension based on business needs. It requires 2-3 workdays per week, with flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

“When it comes to developing new products - I research new materials and explore their rheological and chemical properties, once approved - I create the test product and run all needed tests (chemical scale, heating, homogenization, etc.), once it passes we decide if it’ll move forward and be manufactured at our factory and be sold in stores worldwide. “
